Mason wins third RSC Golfer of the Week award this season

MIDWAY, Ky. - Another week, another River States Conference Men's Golfer of the Week award for Midway's Hayes Mason.

The senior from Campbellsville earned the award for the third time this fall and the eighth time in his college career on Monday. 

This most recent win came after he tied for fifth place at the Firehawk Invitational last week, a tournament that saw the Eagles finish second. Mason was very strong on the second day of play last Tuesday, shooting a one-under par 71.

The Eagles, who are receiving votes in the most recent NAIA national poll, have completed the fall portion of their schedule and will look to build on its early success this spring.
